    I am in my 40’s and never had a skincare routine. I honestly never felt I needed one. My skin started to go downhill however about a year or so ago. I have drying issues, redness, my wrinkles look deeper and more defined. I hated looking in the mirror. My sister got me on a routine for cleansing my face alongside proper toners, oils, and creams.     My mother always told me that I should take better care of my skin because one day I’d regret not doing it. I always just used whatever soap I had on my face. Sometimes it was body wash and other times it was a bar of soap. I started getting wrinkles at 25 and decided that I needed to make some changes. If you spend a lot of time in the sun like me, you need to step up your skincare game! I am in my late 30’s now and my skin looks better than it did in my 20’s because I started washing it right and using sunscreen daily.
