01. You choose goods, place an order, and complete the payment.

· You can cancel the order before we send the goods.

· You cannot cancel your order after we have already sent it. In this case, the return reason is a change of mind. Please read the “Return Policy” carefully and request return.

You can request for exchange or return within 7 days from receipt of goods.

When you request a return, you must inform us the name of the item and give details of the reason for return.

Refunds will be processed after the return goods arrive to us.

 

Seller’s Responsibility:

If the reason for the return is defective or you have received a wrong item different from that you ordered:

All the costs incurred in return will be paid by us and the amount of the item will be refunded to you in full.

 

Consumer’s Responsibility:

If the return reason is change of your mind or if you accidentally enter wrong address and the goods go to another place:

The courier service fee that occurs when we sent the goods to you will not be refunded even it was a free shipping goods. It is that the courier service fee for dispatch of order and return is the responsibility of you.
